Architectural Services We offer a professional and friendly service working closely with the client to maximise their ideas and achieve a designed solution suited to their needs which is practical to build and cost effective.
We act as the agent on behalf of the client for the submission of Planning Applications and Building Regulation Applications, liaising with the Local Authorities. If required our involvement can include Project Management of the build process including contract administration, documentation and dealing with the tender process and selection advising the client of the best options available.
When necessary we work in close conjunction with other specialists who provide various services such as digital land surveying, structural calculations, energy rating calculations etc.
